To Check HP OpenView Configuration in PSCONFIG For HP Predictive Support to send events to the HP OpenView Windows Workstation, HP OpenView must be enabled in PSCONFIG. The default is enabled for HP OpenView.
NOTE Even if you do not currently have HP OpenView System Manager monitoring your systems, you can leave the HP OpenView setting enabled in HP Predictive Support. Doing so has no performance impact on your systems.
