Appendix F HP Predictive Support Messages HP Predictive Support generates several kinds of messages that are written to a number of locations. The majority of these messages are intended to provide an audit trail of program activity for troubleshooting purposes; provide device activity information (event messages) to the HP Response Center; or provide file transfer status information to the system operator.
