Extent of Coverage 

HP Predictive Support provides coverage on the following:

   *   Disk drives, by searching the onboard logs of CS80, FL
       (fiber-optic link) and SCSI disk drives, and system logs.  The
       DISCSCAN, SCSISCAN, and LOGSCAN utilities provide coverage on disk
       drives.  Appendix A provides a complete list of currently
       supported disk drives. 

   *   Memory, by searching the memory logs.  The MEMSCAN utility
       provides memory log coverage.

   *   Tape drives, by searching system log files in the LOGSCAN utility.
       Appendix A provides a complete list of currently supported tape
       drives.

   *   LPMC (Low Priority Machine Checks), by searching system log files
       in the LOGSCAN utility.
