Opening a Local Logfile Automatically
If you have opened a local logfile that you want to automatically open
the next time you enter HP LaserRX/MPE, do the following:
1. Select the Options command under the Configure menu.
2. Enable the Auto Save Filenames option.
This automatically saves a list of the logfiles that are open when
you exit HP LaserRX/MPE.
3. Enable the Auto Load Files option.
The next time HP LaserRX/MPE is run, this automatically opens
files in the list of file names that were last saved with Auto
Save Filenames.
4. Click Save to save these values permanently and set them as
defaults.
Click OK to save the values for the current session of HP
LaserRX/MPE only.
5. Do not close the logfile before you exit HP LaserRX/MPE.
You can also open remote logfiles automatically, but first a connection
must be made to the appropriate HP 3000.
