PTOP Logging Location Codes 

1      CLAS0003     Cause:  Port Creation failed in response to a POPEN
                    intrinsic.

                    Action:  See "Submitting an SR" in appendix A of this
                    manual.

2      CLAS0003     Cause:  Internal error.  Buffer Manager error.  Port
                    not allocated.

                    Action:  See "Submitting an SR" in appendix A of this
                    manual.

3      CLAS0003     Cause:  Socket connection failure.

                    Action:  See "Submitting an SR" in appendix A of this
                    manual.
