The Notice Board 

The Notice Board is one of HP Desk's public folders.  It is available to
all HP Desk users at the same mail address.  It could be used as a point
of general information.  Ask your HP Desk System Administrator how the
Notice Board is used in your company.

You can copy items to the Notice Board and delete any that you have
created.

To view the Notice Board: 

   1.  Type OPEN "NOTICE BOARD" at the Filing Cabinet prompt.  For
       example:

            Cabinet > OPEN "NOTICE BOARD" Return 

   2.  CLOSE the folder when you have finished.

To copy to the Notice Board: 

   1.  CREATE an item in the Work Area.

   2.  COPY TO the item to the Notice Board.  For example:

            Workarea > COPY "christmas party" TO "NOTICE BOARD" Return 

To delete from the Notice Board: 

   1.  Type OPEN "NOTICE BOARD" at the Filing Cabinet prompt.  For
       example:

            Cabinet > OPEN "NOTICE BOARD" Return 

   2.  Type DELETE at the prompt.  For example:

            Notice > DELETE "christmas party" Return
