The Waste Basket 

Items you have deleted and copies of messages you have mailed are only
held in the Waste Basket for a while.  The Waste Basket is emptied at
regular intervals.  Check with your HP Desk Administrator how often this
happens.

While items are held in the Waste Basket you can move or copy them to
other parts of your Desk.

To recover items from the Waste Basket: 

       OPEN the Waste Basket folder and type COPY followed by the message
       subject or number.  Press Return.  For example:

            Cabinet > OPEN "WASTE" Return 
            Waste > COPY 6 TO WORKAREA Return
