Introducing List, Read, Print and Delete 

To list items: 

To list all the items in an area type LIST Return at the area prompt.

You can also ask HP Desk to list a range of items.  For example:

     Workarea > LIST 20/40 Return 

To read, print and delete items: 

   *   At the HP Desk area prompt, type the command followed by the
       number of the item, or the name of the item enclosed in quotes.
       Then press Return.  For example:

            Intray > READ "meeting" Return 

            Listarea > DELETE 1 Return 

   *   You can also ask HP Desk to work on a range of items.  For
       example:

            Intray > READ 20/40 Return 

            Outtray > PRINT 1/4 Return 

   *   You can also work on several items in sequence by separating the
       items by commas.  For example:

            Workarea > DELETE 8,11,5 Return 

            Intray > PRINT 3,5 Return
