HP VPLUS/Windows Programmer's Guide

Requirements 

VPLUS/Windows hardware, software, and data communications requirements
are as follows:

 *  Hardware

     *  Any currently supported HP 3000.

     *  HP Vectra with an EGA or VGA monitor (A, A+, ES, RS, QS).

     *  Minimum 640-Kbyte memory for the MS-DOS environment.

 *  Software

     *  VPLUS (B.06.00 or subsequent versions).

     *  MPE XL (2.2 or subsequent versions).

     *  MPE V (Release 2.0 or subsequent versions).

     *  MS-DOS (3.2 or subsequent versions).

     *  Microsoft Windows (3.0 or subsequent versions).

     *  Microsoft Windows Software Development Kit (3.0 or subsequent
        versions.  Required only for creating application help).

 *  Data communications

     *  NS/3000 Network Services.

     *  HP StarLAN 10, HP ThinLAN Network PC Link, or HP EtherTwist.

     *  LAN/3000 Link.

     *  HP OfficeShare (A.03.00 or subsequent versions).  Required
        components are:

         *  LAN Network Services.

         *  User Services.

         *  LAN PC User Configuration and Diagnostics.


NOTE  VPLUS/Windows does not support serial data communications.
