HP DeskMon: Administrator's Guide

Network Map 

Before configuring and running DeskMon, you should create a network map
of your local HP DeskManager network.  It should include each HP
DeskManager machine which you plan to monitor, the data communications
used (such as X.25 or LAN), and other HP DeskManager related applications
which it runs (such as FSC applications, X.400 and so on).  Such a map
might look like the following:
