The NETTOOL utility allows you to run a complete set of networking
diagnostic programs under a common user interface. It provides help information
on its commands and on its core functions. It also allows you to add your own
applications, so that you can perform diagnostic operations common to your site
while taking advantage of the NETTOOL user interface and facilities.
