Mount a write-enabled tape to create a backup SLT.

Dismount the tape, label as SLT with date, time and system version.
We recommend that you stop running the STM diagnostics daemon in
order to back up the files associatedd with it. To do this, call up
cstm and execute the "stmshutdown" command (shortcut "ssd").

Mount another blank tape and perform a full system backup.

Dismount the tape, label as backup with date, time and system

Restart the STM daemon by calling up cstm and executing the
"stmstartup" command (shortcut "ssu").

An unexpected error was encountered while attempting to retrieve
the host infor for hostname (hpdst2)
This could be due to either or the following conditions:
1)The support tool daemon "diagmond" may not be running on that
system. Use the STM Startup command (in the administration menu
under the file menu.)
