NM and CM callable.
Formats the time of day, in the specified language, obtained
with the CLOCK intrinsic.
Syntax

NLFMTCLOCK (time, buffer, langnum, error);
Parameters
- time
32-bit signed integer by value (required)
Contains the time format returned by the CLOCK intrinsic:
- Bits
Value/Meaning
- 24:8
Tenths of seconds
- 16:8
Seconds
- 8:8
Minute of hour
- 0:8
Hour of day
- buffer
character array (required)
Returns the formatted time of day in an 8-character array. Using a buffer
of a different size may produce unexpected results.
- langnum
16-bit signed integer by value (required)
Contains the language ID number, specifying which format to use. A
langnum of 0 returns the time formatted as if you used
FMTCLOCK.
- error
16-bit unsigned integer array (required)
Returns two elements: the first element is the error number; the second
element is reserved and always returns 0. The possible error number
values are:

Invalid time format
- 4
*NLS internal error
- 5
*NLS internal error
- 6
*NLS internal error
* Do not apply to calls with a langnum equal to 0
