NM and CM callable.
Formats the date according to language-dependent templates. The formatting is
done according to the template returned by itemnum= 1 of the
NLINFO intrinsic.
Syntax

NLFMTCALENDAR (date, buffer, langnum, error);
Parameters
- date
16-bit unsigned integer by value (required)
Contains the date format returned by the CALENDAR intrinsic:
- Bits
Value/Meaning
- 7:9
Day of year
- 0:7
Years since 1900
- buffer
character array (required)
Returns the formatted date. This string is 18 characters long and is
padded with blanks (if necessary). Using a buffer of a different size may
produce unexpected results.
- langnum
16-bit signed integer by value (required)
Contains the language ID number, specifying the calendar template to be
used. A langnum of 0 returns the date formatted as if
FMTCALENDAR were used (for example,
FRI, OCT 1, 1982).
- error
16-bit unsigned integer array (required)
Returns two elements: the first element is the error number; the second
element is reserved and always returns 0. The possible error number
values are:

*NLS not installed
- 2
*Specified language not configured
- 3
Invalid date value
- 5
*NLS internal error
- 6
*NLS internal error
* Do not apply to calls with a langnum equal to 0
(NATIVE3000/XL).
