The local TP enters Deallocate state when it encounters an error condition or when the remote TP deallocates the conversation. Table 4-8 “Confirm Deallocate State Intrinsics” lists the intrinsics that can be called from Deallocate state. The MCDeallocate intrinsic can be called from Deallocate state only with the DeallocateType parameter set to 5 (LOCAL).
