HP ALLBASE/SQL PC API User's Guide

Application Software 

Application software resides on the PC client.  It can be a 4GL, a 3GL
(such as the Human Resources Management System), or a query or report
writing tool.  The following application software is compatible with PC
API:

   *   4GL application development tools:

          *   Express Windows 2.0 or higher (Gupta Technologies, Inc.)

          *   PowerBuilder 2.0 or higher (Powersoft Corporation)

          *   Q+E Database Library 1.1 or higher (Pioneer Software)

          *   SQLWindows 3.1 or higher (Gupta Technologies, Inc.)

   *   Human Resources Management System 2.1 or higher (PeopleSoft, Inc.)

   *   Query and Report Writing Tools:

          *   Forest and Trees 2.0 or higher (Channel Computing, Inc.)

          *   Q+E Database Editor 5.0 or higher (Pioneer Software)

          *   ReportWindows (included with SQLWindows 2.0; Gupta
              Technologies, Inc.)

          *   SQLTalk/Windows 2.0 or higher (Gupta Technologies, Inc.)

          *   SQR 2.28 (Structured Query Report Writer) (PeopleSoft,
              Inc.)
