HP Resource Sharing for MPE/iX

RENDIR 

The RENDIR (Rename Directory) command renames a subdirectory on a shared
disc.  This command does not have a DOS equivalent.

Abbreviation:  REND

RENDIR [drive:] [path\] directoryname newname 

drive:           Drive containing the subdirectory you are renaming.

path             Any valid DOS pathname to the subdirectory you want to
                 rename.

directoryname    Subdirectory you want to rename.

newname          New name for the subdirectory.

To rename the subdirectory OLDSUB on drive J: to NEWSUB, enter the
command:

     RENDIR J:OLDSUB NEWSUB
