Some users might appear to be current users even though they do not actually have a session. This can occur if their session terminated abnormally and Access Server did not clear the entry in the data dictionary to indicate that they are no longer active. A list of the current users (according to the data dictionary) can be seen by using the Administrator Utility's List Active Users screen. If not all of these users are really active, have all real users end their sessions, then run the Administrator Utility with parm=2 to disable Access Server. Then, run the Administrator Utility with parm=1 to enable Access Server. This will clear out the list of active users. If the limit on the number of users is too low, increase the limit. Table 1-0. If the CIERR is not a file system error, CIPARM gives the number of the parameter on the command that generated the error.
