Overview of HP Predictive Support HP Predictive Support improves the reliability of your systems and peripherals by providing proactive hardware support. The HP Predictive Support software runs on your systems, monitoring various system and device-resident logs. When it finds indications of potential problems, it transfers the information (HP Predictive Support events) to the Hewlett-Packard Response Center. Then a Response Center Engineer (RCE) analyzes the event information and may work with a Customer Engineer (CE) to solve any problems. This proactive approach helps ensure the availability of your systems and peripherals.
