Phase 1:  Restarting the System 

The system must be restarted if:

   *   Changes have been made to SYSGEN.
   *   Changes have been made to NMMGR.

To restart the system, use START NORECOVERY. Do not use START RECOVERY to
restart the system; changes to SYSGEN and NMMGR do not take effect with a
START RECOVERY restart.


CAUTION  Ensure that users are logged off the system.
