Copy Command 

The Copy command appears under the Edit menu.

The Copy command is used to transfer a selected graph or table from the
HP LaserRX/MPE window to the Microsoft Windows clipboard.

Use the Copy command if you have other Microsoft Windows applications
with which you can share HP LaserRX/MPE graphics.

Only one graph or table at a time can be copied to the clipboard.

The Copy command is dimmed if there is already an HP LaserRX/MPE graph or
table that has been copied to the clipboard.

When you select the Copy command, the Copy dialog box appears.

Click  OK to begin copying.  The dialog box disappears and the arrow
changes to a cross pointer.  Click on the graph or table with the cross
pointer to copy it.

Click  Cancel to cancel the command without selecting a graph or table to
copy.

As soon as you have copied a graph to the clipboard, the pointer changes
back to an arrow and the Copy command is dimmed.

You must clear the clipboard using the Undo command before you can copy
another graph or table.
