Close Command 

The Close command appears under the File menu.

The Close command removes one or more logfiles from the list of open
logfiles available for access from HP LaserRX/MPE on the PC.

The Close command is dimmed if no logfiles are open.

When you select the Close command, you get the Close dialog box, which
lists the logfiles that are currently open.

To close a logfile, highlight its name, then click  OK.

If you exit from HP LaserRX/MPE, any open files are automatically closed.

A closed logfile cannot be accessed by HP LaserRX/MPE until it is
reopened.
