Chapter 5 Using Forms Sending forms within messages is a powerful feature of HP Desk, as they provide a simple and effective way of gathering or presenting information. Forms can be created and then installed for use in HP Desk. These could include for example, telephone message notes, time sheets, and questionnaires. Once a form is installed, you can access it by the SENDFORM or ROUTEFORM command. This allows you to either add data to the form yourself, or send the form on to someone for them to complete and send back to you. Note that the ROUTEFORM command is only available with the Routing and Authorization capability that is part of HP DeskManagerPLUS.
