Suspend Banner 

If the file INTMENU.MAILCONF.HPOFFICE exists, the contents will be
displayed every time the user enters SUSPEND mode, either by hitting the
SUSPEND key, or by an application interrupt.  As before, this should be
an 80 byte ASCII file.
