ADD 

Abbreviation:  AD

   *   Adds a user to your list of designates.
       See "Delegating Your Work" .

            DESIGNATE > ADD timothy williams

   *   Adds a name to a Distribution List you are editing.  You can add
       names to all the categories of a list - TO, CC, BCC, FROM. FOr
       Route Lists it adds a name to the FOR APPROVAL BY list.  Type ADD
       followed by the category and press Return .  Or simply type ADD
       Return and HP Desk prompts you for names.
       See "Editing Distribution Lists" .

            Listarea > EDIT "sales"
            EDIT > ADD CC

The ADD command can be used in the following areas of HP Desk:
Administration Area, List Area, Distribution Lists, Route Lists.
