AutoFiling Messages
You can arrange to have all the messages you receive and/or send,
automatically filed in your Filing Cabinet. Incoming mail is filed in
your Incoming Day File, and outgoing mail in your Outgoing Day File. You
can also choose to keep each day's messages in a separate folder within
the Incoming or Outgoing Day Files.
Your HP Desk Administrator must give you AutoFile capability before you
can use this feature.
To set automatic filing:
1. Go to your Administration Area and type:
AUTOFILE Return
2. HP Desk asks if you want to file incoming and/or outgoing. To
allow filing type:
YES Return
3. Type YES Return to file messages in folders labeled with the date
received and/or sent.
To clear automatic filing respond to each prompt type:
NO Return.
