AutoCopying Messages to a Designate 

You can nominate one of your designates to receive a copy of every
message you send or receive, except those that are marked private.
AutoCopy saves you from having to forward messages to a designate.  You
can only AutoCopy to one designate at a time.

To set AutoCopy: 

   1.  At the Admin > prompt type:

            DESIGNATE Return 

       HP Desk displays a numbered list of your designates.

   2.  Type AUTOCOPY followed by the number of the designate and press
       Return.  For example:

            DESIGNATE > AUTOCOPY 1 Return 

Each time you issue the AUTOCOPY command with the number of another
designate, AutoCopy is canceled for the previous designate.

To cancel, type AUTOCOPY without a designate number at the DESIGNATE >
prompt and press Return.
