Customizing Screen and Print Displays
You can change the Printing and Display Options menu so that:
* Items are always printed by the system printer you name, such as
an HP2688, HP2686 or HP2680.
* Items printed on a laser printer are printed according to the
environment file you specify.
* You don't print Distribution Lists when you print messages.
* HP Desk automatically displays forms packages, spreadsheet items
and graphics.
* HP Desk displays the text DISTRIBUTION for any Distribution List
with more names in it than you specify.
* Printed messages can have a full page banner, user name banner or
no banner at all.
* HP Desk prints HP Word documents and HP ListKeeper lists as normal
HP Desk items.
To customize your desk prints:
1. Type PROFILE Return at any HP Desk prompt.
2. Press Next Options until HP Desk displays the Printing and
Display Options menu.
3. Change any responses you want to, using the Tab key to move from
field to field.
4. Press Enter to save your changes.
5. Press Save Profile to return to where you were.
