Listing Messages in the Out Tray 

Your Out Tray contains MAILED,POSTED, READY and DEFERRED messages:

   *   MAILED means that you have mailed the message, but it has not yet
       been picked up by the HP Desk mailroom.  Once a message has been
       mailed, you can still read, delete or open it.

   *   READY means that you have written the message, but not yet mailed
       it.  You can mail, edit or even delete it - for a list of valid
       commands type ?  Return 

       When you CLOSE a message you have written, whether you use the
       CLOSE command or just move to another area, your message moves to
       the Out Tray as a READY message.

   *   DEFERRED means that you have composed the message and told HP Desk
       when you want it to be mailed.

   *   POSTED means that a deferred message has been mailed at the time
       you specified.
