HP DeskManager User Reference Guide
Chapter 4 Receiving Messages
What is a Message?
Messages that you receive are actually HP Desk items that another HP Desk
user has sent to you.
All messages have a heading which tells you the subject of the message,
the name of the person who sent it and the time when it was sent.
Each message is made up of at least two parts. Part 1 is the
Distribution List, which contains the names and HP Desk addresses of
those who the message is addressed to. Part 2 usually contains the text
of the message.
Messages may have more than just the Distribution List and message text
parts. For instance, someone may have forwarded an HP Word document with
an accompanying graphics file to you.
