Suspending What You Are Doing

If you are in the middle of doing something, but need to check on
something elsewhere in your Desk press Suspend. You can then do
anything you can normally do in HP Desk, except LOCK your Desk or
SIGNOFF.

To suspend what you are doing:

   1. Press Suspend

HP Desk freezes what you are doing at the top of the screen and
       displays the message Activity suspended.

   2. Go to the relevant HP Desk prompt.

   3. Type any HP Desk command or press a function key. For example:

Workarea > COPY 1 TO CLIPBOARD Return

To resume what you were doing:

Press Resume when you are ready to go back to what you were doing.

HP Desk then displays the message:

     Resuming suspended activity
