COPY TO 

Abbreviation:  COP TO

Copies messages and other HP Desk items from the area, or item, you are
working in to another place.
See "Moving Items Around Your Desk" , "Copying Distribution Lists"  
and "Copying Items into and out of HP Desk" .

     MESSAGE 2 > COPY 2 TO CALENDAR

     MESSAGE 3 > COPY 1 TO LISTAREA

     Incoming > COPY 1 TO (FILEA)

     Workarea > COPY "SALES" TO WORKAREA OF JOE LONG

     foldername > COPY 3 TO CLIPBOARD

The COPY TO command can be used in the following areas of HP Desk:  In
Tray, Out Tray, Pending Tray, Work Area, List Area, Filing Cabinet,
Calendar, Message, Package, Folder.
