Specifying the DBEnvironment 

Before you invoke an SQLMON screen, you must specify the DBEnvironment to
be monitored.  For example, to specify the PartsDBE DBEnvironment, you
would enter:

     SQLMONITOR  OVERVIEW => SET DBENV PartsDBE
