Learning Product Changes for Release 5.0 (C.50.00)
Several new manuals have been added to the MPE/iX manual set for release
5.0 (C.50.00) of the MPE/iX operating system. Please refer to the
"Catalog of User Documentation" in the Communicator 3000 MPE/iX Release
5.0 (30216-90124) to see which manuals have been added for this release.
MPE/iX Documentation Guide Changes
The following changes were implemented for Release 5.0:
* Chapter 2 "Documentation Maps" has been deleted.
* Three chapters have been renamed.
* "Data Communications Manuals" has been renamed to
"Networking Manuals."
* "Non-FOS Manuals" has been renamed to "Standalone Manuals."
* "System Documentation for the HP 3000 Series 9X7" has been
renamed to "System Documentation for the HP 3000 Series 9X7
and 9X8."
* Three more chapters have been added, which has changed the order
in which the chapters appear:
* "HP Open DeskManager Manual Set"
* "MPE/iX Developer's Kit Manual Set"
* "System Release Manuals"
