Capabilities
Whether you can use the system administration commands, or what you can
see if you use them, is determined by your capability. Table 7-1
lists the commands discussed in this chapter and the capabilities that
you must have to use each one.

NOTE "Group" and "User" mean that a user can see only the information
about the logon group or user. "Account" means that the user can
obtain information for the entire account, and "System" means that
the user can display information for the entire system.
