Control Y Handling 

CONTROL Y is enabled when any of the following is true:

   1.  Standard input is interactive and SDCONV is expecting a command.

   2.  Standard input is interactive and SDCONV is in the REDO command.

   3.  Standard input is interactive and SDCONV is displaying help
       messages.

Note that once the definition loading process starts, CONTROL Y is
disabled until the completion of the loading process.

If you enter CONTROL Y, SDCONV displays:

     < Control Y >

and reissues the first level command prompt ('>').
