Netware 3.11 for the HP 3000 Installing and Administering Guide

Step 2:  Check File System Integrity 

If the file system contains any corruption, the migration will not be
successful.  Check the NetWare file system:

   1.  Log into the system:

       :hello mgr.netware

   2.  Stop NetWare:

       :nw stop

   3.  Run the 3.01B NetWare 
       nwdir utility (the c option checks the file system).

       :nwdir.prog c

   4.  If problems are reported, use the nwdir rebuild option (a) to
       rebuild the directory structure.  Run:

       :nwdir.prog a

   5.  Run checkacc.support, if problems are discovered, contact HP
       support people.
