RJE User/Programmer Reference Manual
The Start Message
When an :RJE command is executed, RJE issues the following message:
RJE/V: HP30295x.yy.zz DSN/RJE (CS x.yy.zz) date, time
RJE/XL: HP30295A x.yy.zz RJE/XL (RCS xyyzzii) date, time
where,
x is an alphabetic character specifying what versions of RJE and CS are
being used.
yy is a pair of digits specifying the version's update level.
zz is a pair of digits specifying the version's fix level.
date is an alphanumeric character string specifying the day of the week
and the date of the particular job/session (for example: THU, MAR 26,
1981).
time is an alphanumeric character string specifying the starting time of
the particular job/session, such as: 7:45AM.
After the start message is issued, RJE reads the first RJE command (batch
job) or displays a # on your terminal to prompt you for the first RJE
command (interactive session).
