SHOWDEV Enhancements

The SHOWDEV command has been enhanced to show when a tape is mounted with
write enabled.  If the tape is write enabled, a (W) appears in the AVAIL
column.

The new output format of the SHOWDEV command is shown below.

LDEV 11 is being accessed by #J86 and the tape is not write enabled.
LDEV 7 is available and is write enabled, while LDEV 8 is write enabled
and being accessed by #J88.

SHOWDEV now supports the maximum number of LDEVs for the system.  In the
5.0 release, 4679 is the maximum number of LDEVs supported.
