Dedicated Printing 

DeskMon can be configured to print reports at a dedicated printer.  The
output can be on a local printer or on a printer which is located
centrally.  Such printer(s) must be:

   *   Dedicated for use by DeskMon only.
   *   Not spooled.
   *   Line-printer devices, not page-printers.

Handling for DeskMon printers is simplistic and does not include handling
for paper-out and so on.  There is no hand-shaking apart from standard
MPE device characteristics.

As a confidence check, the time is written to the printer every quarter
hour.
