NOTE Normally, applications do not mix User and Gateway Intrinsics.
Once you have signed on as a user to the User Intrinsics you can
not use the Gateway Intrinsics until you have signed off from the
User Intrinsics as that user, and vice versa. However, Supporting
Intrinsics can be used with either User or Gateway Intrinsics.
