Converts Qedit* files to text files. For files transfered to a pc via
Reflections, FTP, or other means. PCQCOPY reads the specified file,
or from stdin if redirection/piping is used.

   PCQCOPY qedit >dos.txt
   TYPE  qedit | pcqcopy >dos.txt

Switches available:
   -n include line numbers
   -l include line numbers; always on leftside
   -p pad lines with spaces to record length
   -d enable debug output

DOS errorlevel is set for batch processing as follows
   errorlevel: 0=ok, 1=input file error, 2=write error
