Patch/iX version B.00.17 for 5.5

This package contains the Patch/iX executable and its catalog file, along
with several supporting files necessary for patch installation.  These have
been packaged into a single STORE (to disk) file called "patchix55.store".

The contents of the Patchix 5.5 store-to-disk archive is:

Installation Instructions:
--------------------------

 1.  Move the file "patchix55.store" to the SYS account on your MPE machine.

       Example:  ftp> binary
                 ftp> put patchix55.store ./patchix55.store

       Note: to Unix ftp users: You may need to transfer the file using tenex
             mode (as opposed to binary).  Please verify that the correct
             number of bytes were transfered.

 2.  Convert the file to MPE format using FROMBYTE, e.g.:

       :FROMBYTE.HPBIN.SYS '-b ./patchix55.store PATCH55M'

 3.  :CHGROUP INSTALL

       Note: that it is critical for these files to be restored to
             INSTALL.SYS.

 4.  Restore the file from disk:

       :FILE PATCH55M;DEV=DISC

       :RESTORE *PATCH55M;@.@.@;LOCAL;SHOW

 5.  You can check your version of PATCHIX with the "version" option:

       :PATCHIX VERSION
