Use SQLUtil to purge PartsDBE when you no longer need it. Within SQLUtil, you use the PURGEALL command:

   >> purgeall Return

   DBEnvironment Name: PartsDBE Return

   Purge DBEnvironment and Log Files (y/n)? y Return



   DBEnvironment and Log Files purged.



   >> exit Return

You can also use SQLSetup option 6 to purge PartsDBE.
