This function is implemented by calling the HPCIPUTVAR intrinsic.
String variables are stored as strings. They are not interpreted
numerically.

The name of the CI variable to be assigned a new value.
- newvalue
The new value to be assigned to the specified CI variable.

TRUE, implies that the assignment was successful.
