Parameters | |
- message
character array (required) Passes the character string to be output. The string is limited
to 72 characters, additional characters are ignored.
Nonvideo-enhancing escape sequences are stripped out.
- length
16-bit signed integer by value (required) Passes the length of the output string to be transmitted.
If length is positive, the length is in half words; if negative,
the length is in bytes.
- controlcode
16-bit signed integer by value (required) Passes the cursor control value:

If a null character (%000) is embedded in an array to be printed
on the system console through PRINTOP, then PRINTOP prints only
