The simplest method to sort the reports is alphabetically, using the first letter of the account name.

For example, if the user's logon is:

   NICOLE.DOE

Sort the report in the shelf labeled D. (DOE is the account name.)

To sort and distribute reports

  1. Fold back the top of the page to expose header information.

If the HEADON command is enabled each report begins with a header page and ends with a trailer page. Using these as a guide, separate the reports.

  2. Separate the reports into alphabetical groupings and stack them on clearly labeled shelves or in bins near your computer room.
