Header and trailer pages help you identify your report by telling you the day, date, and time the report was printed, and the computer identity of the person who sent the report to the printer.

The default condition for printing header and trailer pages is ON. The commands are HEADON and HEADOFF.

To tear a report off the page printer

If you stopped the printer before it began printing another report, one or more blank pages are fed through the printer until the last page of the printed report clears the paper feeder.

  4. Press the RUN key to restart your printer.
