Physically replace the drive that did not mount.
Use the VOLUTIL REPLACEMIRRVOL command to resume mirroring on LDEV 32 for MEMBER2 of the mirrored volume set PROD_SET and the new drive with any LDEV:
volutil: REPLACEMIRRVOL PROD_SET:MEMBER2 55
