Patches and Fixes in this Version

The following Service Requests have been fixed in the DTC Manager/UX version A.14.4J.000 since A.14.4H.000:

#1653-228684	DTCs do not detect re-ARP from MC/Service Guard local switching
#4701-377879 (*)	Autodiscovery fails with more than 12 logical LAN devices
#4701-385278	Bad behavior of dtcmodifyconfs with the Hardware Handshake parameter
#5003-365064	Inter-byte timer/Escape sequence read termination inconsistent

(*) This service request is fixed if you install #PHNE_14273 of Internet Services (including rbootd daemon used by DTC Manager/UX for download of DTCs).
